The Automation Controls Engineer responsibilities include providing project conceptions, project quotation, control systems engineering and technical support. Engineering duties include electrical design, creating electrical prints, programming, documentation and testing. The Automation Controls Engineer also performs start up support both on and off-site as required.
The designer needs the ability to invent and produce unique equipment for automation and robotic work cells. Candidates must be creative self-starters, with the ability to anticipate problems and find solutions.
The Automation Service Technician responsibilities include mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assembly, start-up, debug and run-off of automation systems.
